Regarding our Photo Enhancement service, we strictly adhere to a policy of non-retention. We do not store, archive, or retain any photographs uploaded by users. All image processing is performed in real-time, and source files are permanently deleted from our volatile memory immediately upon the completion of the processing session or upon page refresh. No biometric data is collected or stored.
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. Each account is intended for use by a single individual. If we detect suspicious or concurrent usage that suggests credential sharing or misuse, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account while we investigate. During such an investigation we may request additional information to verify the identity of the account holder. The account owner remains responsible for all activity that occurs under their account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you need to provide access to multiple team members, please contact us to discuss an appropriate multi-user or business plan; do not share a single-user account. Violations of this policy may result in suspension, termination, or other corrective measures at our discretion.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CVByAI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain all rights to any curriculum vitae or other content you create using our Service.
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to our pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for users who are not satisfied with our Service. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your transaction details.
We provide a generous cap of 999 credits on our “unlimited” plans to prevent abusive usage and to ensure a stable experience for all users. This cap is intentionally large and intended to be sufficient for normal use; it is not meant to restrict access but to protect the platform.
If an account reaches this threshold, we reserve the right to review the usage to verify compliance with these Terms. During such a review we may temporarily suspend access to the affected credits and/or request additional information from the user.
If the usage is found to be legitimate, we will, at our discretion, restore or reset the credits. In cases of confirmed abuse, we reserve the right to refuse restoration, limit access, or take other appropriate actions.

In no event shall CVByAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
CVByAI does not guarantee specific employment outcomes, job interviews, or hiring results from the use of our documents or tools.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where CVByAI is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with authority over our registered office.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
