CVByAI provides digital career development tools designed to optimize candidate resumes and job hunt materials, including:

1.1 Photo Enhancement Privacy

Regarding our AI Headshot service, we strictly adhere to a zero-retention policy. Uploaded photographs are processed transiently in temporary secure memory. Source images are permanently deleted upon generation completion. No biometric templates or identifiers are extracted, stored, or sold.

1.2 Age Requirements

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

2. User Accounts & Security

When you register an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Each account is strictly for individual personal use. Sharing, transferring, or reselling credentials or authentication sessions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Cancellation

CVByAI offers flexible subscription tiers to assist you during your job search:

3.1 Automatic Renewal & Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or every 3 months) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Charges are billed securely in advance through Stripe.

3.2 Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time without fees or lock-in:

Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew, but you will retain full access to your paid features and credits until the end of your prepaid period.

3.3 Refund Policy

We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of any plan if you are not fully satisfied with our Service. To request a refund, simply email contact.cvbyai@gmail.com with your account email and purchase receipt within 7 days of your initial transaction.

4. Intellectual Property & Document Ownership

Your Content: You retain complete ownership and all intellectual property rights to the curriculum vitae, resume text, experience details, and personal data you enter or export through CVByAI.

Platform IP: All templates, software code, UI designs, brand marks, and proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive property of CVByAI and its licensors.

5. Fair Use & Platform Integrity

To guarantee server stability and equitable performance for all job seekers, unlimited plans are subject to our Fair Use Policy with high safety thresholds (e.g. 999 operations). Automated scraping, botting, reverse engineering, or resale of CVByAI outputs for commercial resume bureaus without prior written agreement is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While CVByAI is engineered to optimize resume design according to current ATS and recruitment standards, we do not guarantee employment, hiring, interview offers, or specific career outcomes.

In no event shall CVByAI or its creators be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
