This data is stored securely in your private cloud profile so that you can edit and export your documents at any time.

1.3 AI Headshot & Photo Studio Data (Zero Retention)

Strict Non-Storage Policy: When using our AI headshot photo generator, photos you upload are processed transiently in ephemeral, volatile server memory solely to generate your professional portrait. We do not store, archive, or retain your original or processed photos after generation. No biometric templates, facial recognition models, or permanent facial markers are created or retained.

1.4 Payment Information

All subscription transactions and billing operations are processed securely by Stripe. CVByAI never sees, stores, or processes your credit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials.

1.5 Analytics & Performance Data

We use standard analytics tools (including Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika) to understand site performance, detect bugs, and improve user navigation. This data is collected in aggregated or pseudonymized form.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information exclusively to:

3. AI Processing & Third-Party LLM Policy

When you use our AI copilot to write or rewrite bullet points, your text prompts are submitted to secure AI inference endpoints (such as Google Gemini). Your resume text is not used to train public foundational AI models.
